Struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, a depression that comes from being chronically anxious? Maybe you have a phobia that’s limiting your life, or you’re attempting to cope with your emotions with cigarettes, alcohol, or food. You’ve probably tried a number of things in order to feel better, even traditional therapy or one of the many pharmaceuticals on offer. It’s possible that you’ve even started giving up hope. There is help, and you’ll find it in the most unlikely of places. Inside your mind…your subconscious mind that is. How do you access your subconscious mind? The answer is through hypnosis. To learn exactly how, go here: https://www.mindmattershypnosis.com/how-it-works to watch the explanatory videos.

Here are some eye-opening statistics that support the abilities of the subconscious mind through hypnosis:

  • Psychoanalysis: 38% recovery after 600 sessions
  • Behavioral Therapy: 72% recovery after 22 sessions
  • Hypnotherapy: 93% recovery after 6 sessions

Einstein said, “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” Nor can we use the same part of the mind that created the dis-ease to cure it. In my opinion, it’s the perceptions that live in the conscious mind that create most of our challenges. Two people can experience the exact same thing, yet the impact of that experience will be completely different based on their unique perceptions.

Many people believe that our mental/emotional challenges are caused by a chemical imbalance, and that may be true, but how do these imbalances occur? Did you know that every thought you think, every perception you choose, every belief you hold releases chemicals in your brain that affect your whole system? Close your eyes, imagine there’s a juicy lemon right in front of you. Imagine cutting it into quarters and taking a big juicy bite, then notice how your body responds. For many, there will be a pucker, some extra saliva, tightness in the jaw. These are all physiological responses that come from the mere thought of biting into a lemon and the chemicals those thoughts release in your brain, which in turn creates these body responses.

If you’re constantly thinking “lemon” thoughts about yourself like, “I’m not good enough, I’m not capable, I’m not smart enough”, your body is going to be in a persistent state of pucker. You’re going to feel anxious, depressed, panicky, and demotivated. If, on the other hand, you’re thinking strawberry thoughts (or whatever your favorite fruit is), your mental, emotional and physical body will be much more relaxed, happier, stronger and healthier.

A full 85% of our health challenges are labeled functional vs. organic, which means they stem from something in the mental/emotional body vs. the physical body. For those with anxiety, there can be a lot of body pain because of the tension it causes. People with depression also struggle with more pain, as well as stomach issues, migraines, insomnia, and weight gain.

Body symptoms that trigger the feelings of anxiety or depression are very often caused by those exact feelings, which if left untreated can create a vicious cycle. Be sure to tune into how your physical symptoms make you feel emotionally because this is often your body’s way of sharing information and helping you pinpoint where you need to work to clear up the mental and emotional components of your dis-ease.

I’ll leave you with one more fun fact. Did you know that all pharmaceuticals have been tested against the natural power of the mind, otherwise known as the placebo? How about the fact that many of the drugs on the market, including the ones you may be taking, only beat the power of the mind by a very narrow margin? What I find most interesting is that if your body responds to a pharmaceutical, supplement or remedy, that means it has the receptors to receive that substance. If it has the receptors, it means that your body has the ability to naturally create a like substance. The bottom line is that our minds and bodies have the ability to create what we need to heal the majority of our dis-ease, with the help of the subconscious. Tap into your mind’s power to heal your mental, emotional and physical body today.

“I’m living proof that hypnotherapy works and can do wonders for your mental, emotional and physical well-being. I can’t believe how different the session was from what I expected. I think everyone should try it and see what an amazing difference it can make in their life to help resolve fears, anxieties, and troubles.”
