When you arrive, there is no front desk and actually no staff at all! You find your key to the lodge and your individual room in a lockbox on the porch. In fact, the night we were there we were the ONLY guests. Imagine having a 4,000 sq ft lodge all to yourself with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, picnic area and firepit!
Respectful of its authentic architecture, every room in the Outlook Lodge is handsomely appointed using subdued tones and rich textures. All rooms feature hardwood floors, modern and mid-century furnishings, as well as original artworks by American artist, Jason Willaford. The beds were so restful and comfortable, a perfect balance of rustic and contemporary.
