Ingredients:

1 Organic Large Cauliflower

¼ cup Marinated Artichokes

¼ cup Organic Carrots

¼ cup Green Beans

¼ cup Onions

¼ cup Scallions

3 Tbs Olive Oil

Gluten Free Flour – wheat flours can be used as well if not allergic to gluten

½ cup Marinara Sauce

Sriracha Sauce

Salt, pepper

 

METHOD

1) Dust cauliflower with flour and heat olive oil over medium high heat. Sautee until brown both sides – then bake it in the oven until tender at 350 degrees. (about 25 minutes)

2) Heat sautee pan in medium high heat and sautee all vegetables with olive oil, cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Hold warm.

3) Heat up marinara sauce in a separate pan and add sriracha sauce to your taste until boiling. Hold warm.

4) Plate vegetable medley in the middle of the plate first, cauliflower on top, sriracha spiced marinara on the sides.
